Why is it that valuable moon goo cant be more dynamic.. or any valuable moon goo. Really... say you find a moon with tech, theirs certain random amount of goo that can be mined, once its out the moons depleted for X amount of time, harvested let...

Fair offer of 4 BN B/O. Id just like to point out two things nothing personal : K/D Ration and Collecting phat lootz dont add any value to a character. Also for 15 bn you can get 40-70MSP Chars, your asking price is unrealisticly high.
